Operations Supervisor - 5 days week (west)

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in handling different aspects of the operations, including (but not limited) dispatch, mixing process and shipments 
- Assist to manage, monitor and maintain all plant equipments and facilities to ensure smooth and efficient cement terminal operations 
- Inventory control of equipment spare parts and necessary consumables 
- Monitoring of shipment operations to ensure smooth cement receiving 
- Managing of tanker fleet and drivers 
- Liaising with customers to understand and meet their requirements 
- Supervises and provide guidance to junior colleagues in different work areas 
- Covers the dispatch, delivery and shipment operations when required
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must have engineering background preferably with electrical knowledge 
- Must be a hands-on person 
- Possess good leadership & planning skills 
- Able to communicate with people of different levels in different departments 
- Proficient in MS Office 
- Must be willing to perform shift work
- Min relevant technical certificate 
- Min 3 years hands-on relevant experience in repair & maintenance
Additional Info :
Salary : $2,500 - $3,500
Working location : Jurong Port
Working hours : 8am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri), might be required to work on rotating shift at times
